Falling for a boy that I think is performative is an interesting experience. Little nervous bc he is literally perfect 😭

Don’t do it!!! My last ex was like that (although I didn’t realize it at the time) and he cheated on me multiple times 😔

It’s okay we learn and we grow (I’m with a man now who tells me not to praise him for what he considers the “bare minimum” bc it should just be expected)

A red flag I noticed is when we first started talking he was super confident in his looks but now he needs me to reassure him all the time. What’s with the switch up?

My partner put on a mask of high confidence like that at first but let it down a bit once he was comfortable. HOWEVER there’s a big difference between feeling insecure and constantly asking for validation like that. I’m no psychologist but I’d be careful, there’s a big correlation between deep insecurity and cheating. Hopefully I’m not projecting too much here but just something to be aware of :/
