
Milk of Magnesia, lotsss of fibrous food (or caffine) bananas, oatmeal, chia seed pudding and tons of water will help. Also trying gas-x because u may have a gas bubble. Try to go on eating regularly bc eating less food or cutting ur diet down significantly will cause bloating and constipation.
I eat like ~30g of fiber on average and eat oatmeal + bananas and drink a buncha water and I feel like it only kinda works 😔 someone also just recommended me the gas x stuff so I def will try that for these nasty days tho, ain’t doing milk of mag again tho (see above comment lol) but ty for ur advice I appreciate it 🫶
