The last line is extreme imo. Support doesn’t equal action. I agree that Trump and MAGA are wrong and have Nazi-similarities. And I’m not defending his actions because they are indefensible. However, there are so many levels of support and that is a very slippery slope.

The problem with that is there are people who support Trump solely for classic conservative views and there is no alternative option. An us vs them mentality isn’t going to accomplish something rather it’s going to continue escalating tensions and get more dangerous.

Then those people need to nut up or shut up, and realize that their party has been co-opted by a fascist dictator, and that continued support of him would be support of Nazis. It’s that simple. I’m not taking any excuses. People can see with their own eyes how bad it is getting, and if they choose not to change what they believe, then they are part of the problem.

Yes it actually will because it's literally us vs them right now. It's MAGA vs everyone else. We're in a cold civil war that's currently slowly transitioning into an active civil war. It NO LONGER MATTERS why one supports Trump. This is no longer normal political differences. Like it didn't matter why one supported Hitler, for instance, you were an evil nazi.

I am aware of how serious things are, but things like this escalate things from cold to active. Flaming the fire isn’t going to put it out. But it’s your choice how you do this. I’ve long since learned that arguing won’t change people’s beliefs.
