Start eating a ton of garlic. I don’t know or understand the science or if it’s just a coincidence but whenever I go long periods of eating lots of garlic I never get even slightly sick

don’t forget, the more times you ever caught covid, the higher the likelihood that your immune system has been significantly damaged—it’s not as simple as just repairing that damage, what you need is to take steps to reduce your risk of direct exposure to infections. wear a high-quality mask if at all possible, and consider bringing an air purifier to work or pestering your employer about installing one

(source: I’m dependent on immunosuppressive medication to treat a lifelong chronic illness, and relatedly, I’ve had no choice but to keep up on covid research pretty consistently. I’m involved in disability justice communities where we discuss these issues, and the science behind them, at length. if you want primary sources for individual claims I made, I can certainly dig them up and link you as well)
