I see what ur saying, I mean yeah when I see their notifications i remember, but delete them to forget about it

if you actually didn’t care like at all it wouldn’t affect you to see their notifications on your screen. Even if it gives you a feeling of anger or disgust that makes you delete them from your phone that’s still a level of caring just in a different way
