Nah don’t worry in my experience it’s sad like genuinely sad. Ofc in the beginning it’s all exciting and stuff but overtime it gets really lonely especially if they straight up ignore you right after 😭 plus anything that I might want to explore I would rather do it with a person I actually know and like. But that’s just me tho I know many of my friends who would 100% disagree with me and thats okay

as someone who did not engage in hookup culture: you are not missing out on anything. people who promote that shit promote it to make themselves feel better about what they've already done. it makes me uncomfortable too, and it's really shocking how little it takes for some people to sleep with each other
