You need to be ok with yourself and help yourself. No one can fix you for you

Hmm to an extent I agree, however healing attachment wounds alone is actually incredible hard if not impossible because there isn’t anyone to prove ur mind wrong

Not saying they will fix me, but someone consistent can help you fix yourself

I’m not saying a relationship. Could be a consistent friendship

Thank u for this cause I’ve been trying to explain that I damn near impossible to heal on your own, u will ultimately find a way to reason with all your shortcomings and probably form new one u need an anchor to call u out on ur bullshit. Someone said that is codependency but I really don’t think so, two people can be independent and still have their person as an anchor

It’s hard. How do I know I am healed/ok if I feel disconnected? I def have friends but like I don’t have a bestie/every day we speak or a partner where I can feel safe they won’t just disappear
