Hey I’m about to start a 9-5 and have no idea what to bring for lunches. I don’t wanna buy lunch everyday cause that can be unhealthy. What are somethings I can bring? I have a thermos so I could do warm soups or something

things i bring for lunch: •diced smoked beef sausage cooked with broccoli and rice •steak and potatoes (make a large batch) •various pastas, most are easy to make and you can blend veggies into premade sauce •chicken breasts and spinach cooked in tikka masala sauce with rice •chicken breasts & a sweet potato/salad •various sandwiches, i recommend using bakery bread

Just a sandwich is good enough. Deli meats can be bad for your heart because of the sodium content, so I’d recommend getting real meat if you can.

make some chicken and use it for hummus veggie wraps or sandwiches. switch up whatever meat, veggies, and sauce you want for variety. sandwiches have infinite variety you just gotta be creative

i also do a big batch of gumbo, chicken or beef stew (look up cajun versions of these). easy to freeze and eat for a long time. i also recommend bean dishes but soak the beans so you don't give yourself gas. cook the beans in the same pan as you cook the meat to go in the beans.
