I mean not to be That Guy but I think by posting here you’re opening yourself up to criticism. Sure I don’t expect the stuff I see here will be all fine and dandy, but on the rare occasion I post something I don’t expect the response to be wholly positive, either.

No I totally get what you’re saying!! I just think some people get so aggressive like one guy asked people to explain why they cheated in a thread and like one girl said it was because her bf was abusive and she couldn’t get out of the relationship and he was just dogging on her so hard like at that point why ask if ur gonna get pissed off

Oh yeah I hate that, like if you ask people to explain themselves be ready to actually listen, you know? Don’t just ask to have more ammo to throw at them, Jesus. Also Jesus that poor girl. If your boyfriend is abusive he doesn’t deserve your loyalty imo, no one should be making her feel bad about that.

Yeah it seemed like he just wanted to get mad at someone that I don’t understand and no seriously I felt so bad for her!! To me cheating didn’t count in that situation because she tried to break up multiple times and he just wouldn’t let her so mentally she wasn’t in the relationship anymore and if she didn’t “cheat” she wouldn’t have been able to get out but the dude was still berrating her for some reason

Fr like that’s not even cheating, to be in a relationship BOTH people have to consent to being in it. She no longer consented to being in the relationship, she told him that, and he ignored it. In my mind that makes her single no matter what her shitty ex said.
