what really helped me was going to the gym a lot. it really helped my perception of food, and i still felt really good seeing muscle progress. idk if this is good advice at all, but it helped me

the thing is i was really fat and now im just less fat but still fat so i get really insecure and bad gym anxiety that keeps me from going more but i really want to
