Also try magnesium if those don’t work out (never take magnesium and iron at the same time). If you drink a lot of energy drinks you may be deficient in magnesium

Hi OP, take care on iron supplementation because you can take too much. The annual blood test should let you know where your iron is at. I am typically at the lower boundary before it becomes anemia. I can’t raise my iron stores and what I do is grind chia and sesame seeds in my shake 6 table spoons in total. I am fine at that rate but others may not.

If I don’t have these sesame seeds and chia seeds, within two days I start getting weak and get migraine. Sweating at the gym makes it worse. The seeds is what keeps this from happening.
