It’s 2 college girls. They’re obnoxiously loud, and they think it’s cute and quirky to be yelling and stomping around like toddlers. I feel bad for the disabled old lady that lives under them too.

She’s definitely not deaf and even if she was, that’s no excuse for 2 GROWN adults to be acting that way.
