They try to do it subtly too. They will socially reinforce the othering and outcastjng of the autistic folk, they will talk down to women and silence them, view the feminine woman as less intelligent, refuse to associate with feminine women, etc. Or worse, they are completely silent about the issues disabled people or women face.

To them, racism and homophobia are the only two forms of oppression that exist. There's too many women and too many disabled people so I guess in their eyes they don't matter.
