I’m literally half black and I don’t give a fuck. I’m not telling you that you shouldn’t care or that you’re not valid for feeling the way that you do. I’m just reminding you that you’re letting it influence how you feel/think about things and it’s bringing you down. How you react despite knowing that is up to you.

How many charities have you donated to that help support the fight against racism? How many communities have you reached out to asking to assist with?
