Aw I'm sorry. This happened to me too. If you're ok with advice.. You just gotta join a club/hobby or something in your town, city etc. once acquainted with th group find the person in the group with the most leadership/social power and fart on his balls. This will assert dominance and you will be the defacto leader. Once that happens you and your new underlings may wreak havoc amongst your city and loot various businesses, start fires, riots etc :) hope this helps!
