
Heck yes!! The drive to wanna get fit is an epic starting ground, you should be proud!! You really do got this!! As someone who struggles/struggled w appetite, THC works suuuuuper well for me (to get me to eat a lot) Even when it doesn't make me hungry, once I start eating I just wanna keep going and eating more and more w da THC 😂
Hey there🙌🏼 nutrition and dietetics major here. Intermittent fasting and less meals a day is in fact very good for you. As long as you eat healthy and enough calories. You don’t have to eat all the time. I normally have 1 meal a day and I am doing fantastic. So don’t listen to the doomsayers please.👍🏼
