I’m the opposite. As someone who spent the majority of her life being well fed, I’ve finally started just not eating and I feel AMAZING. I’m never bloated, never have food regret, never feel gassy or over stuffed, and I’m getting hotter. It’s amazing.

Lmao get back to me in a year or two Not eating is the absolute WORST thing you can do for your brain/body. Maybe on par w doing hard drugs. Love yourself. Reject the propaganda meant to keep you sickly/weak/complacent/dull/helpless. Fight the power, and focus on getting FIT.

Heck yes!! The drive to wanna get fit is an epic starting ground, you should be proud!! You really do got this!! As someone who struggles/struggled w appetite, THC works suuuuuper well for me (to get me to eat a lot) Even when it doesn't make me hungry, once I start eating I just wanna keep going and eating more and more w da THC 😂

Hey there🙌🏼 nutrition and dietetics major here. Intermittent fasting and less meals a day is in fact very good for you. As long as you eat healthy and enough calories. You don’t have to eat all the time. I normally have 1 meal a day and I am doing fantastic. So don’t listen to the doomsayers please.👍🏼
