I struggle with this too, I’m at the point where I’m giving up on the things I always wanted to accomplish. Not sure how to get myself out of this hole

It’s not that I’m giving up, but it’s just hard to start and then continue, it’s like I’m standing still. But yeah, the hole I’m digging for myself looks like it’s about to cave in
