i really don’t know how to be assertive when i’m uncomfortable and i hate it😭 like i just wanna speak up when a man is making me uncomfy but i be overly nice instead any tips on being assertive are appreciated

in general like i was hit on at the gym today and i was so uncomfortable but couldnt be assertive and say i wasn’t interested so i just was overly nice
