i just found out i have 4 cavities and im so embarrassed. i definitely could be cleaning my teeth better but its not like i don’t brush, i dont understand

Dentists can be the worst with shaming!! If they act that way, can’t recommend finding a nicer dentist enough

It’s totally worth it, there are kind compassionate dentists out there!!
