Have you tried fever reducers like ibuprofen?

Yeah. Been rotating that with Acetometaphin. Doesn’t seem to do anything though

If it ist doing anything that can be a sign of something worse. See if there is a free clinic anywhere near you

Pretty sure cooking your brain would be a higher fever like 103-105
