Same. It's funny bc I do get genuinely irked af when ppl over-apologize/constantly apologize. Yet I DO IT TOO 😭 I can't help it 😭

If I don’t apologize, I’m so sorry this makes my anxiety worse so I always say it for everything even if it’s not my fault
