well it’s obviously painful all the time but when i used to work in L&D the most common thing was for it to be more painful the first time since your body has no clue what’s going on and your bones quite literally have to move and your cervix widens and tries to contract something out but while every birth process is painful there is supposedly nothing worse than the first (unless you get preeclampsia or something)
