even if i do meet someone and on the very very slim chance i do change my mind, i still wouldn’t have kids. i don’t know what the future looks like (divorce, my spouse dying, etc) and i know id never want to put myself in the situation of being a single mother

people change. i’m not even saying you will. just don’t hold so tightly to your preconceived notions. life happens

i’m literally adopted and i generally am uncomfortable w the idea of passing down unknown genetics. at this point in my life i would push for adoption. but yeah who knows, maybe ill take the gamble one day

Some people just know. I’ve been against having kids by any means since like middle school and now I’m married and we both still don’t want kids

yeah having kids literally is a gamble. which is exactly why i’m never doing it lol

same!! i remember even as a little kid i hated baby dolls/playing house. and now that i know the physical and mental toll im even more against it
