Usually if he’s demanding passwords and to go through your phone it’s bc he’s hiding smth in my personal experience

Being so frank, you should probably leave him. If he’s this insecure and is also yet to bring it up to you then he clearly has communication issues. Going through your partner’s phone repeatedly without discussing his concerns is a breach of trust, regardless of whether he or you have anything to hide. You can’t build a healthy relationship on suspicion and surveillance. If he has concerns, he needs to communicate them like an adult rather than repeatedly invading your privacy.
