Low rent, great nightlife, great museums, good art and film scene, food is amazing, great cafes, amazing views and hiking trails, and every apartment has a pool

They’re amazing but rent is gonna kill u, and the lifestyle in general. Again if you have a job making 80-100k disregard

I’ve only ever lived in small boring towns and then Boston and Tucson. Boston is also expensive asf
