Cheating is any relationship (sexual, romantic, etc) outside the boundaries and rules of the relationship. If the boundaries and rules allow sexual relationships with others, it’s not cheating. Unless you violate a rule or disrespect a boundary regarding it. Like “no sex with the same person more than once” is a big one. So having sex with that person again without telling your partner is cheating
