My mom has ocd and she’s a complete germaphobe who needs to wash and wipe everything with disinfectant wipes. The only exception are her tiddy holders. They get washed after MANY wears. It’s the same for me and for anyone with boobs😭 they simply DONT GET DIRTY ENOUGH TO WASH AFTER 1-2 wears😭

Bras, sweatshirts, and most types of pants. That shit doesn’t need to be washed every time. If it’s dirty or stinks wash it but otherwise the only thing you’re doing is over washing and ruining the fabric. Change your shirt, underwear, and socks and you’re good. Emphasis on underwear and socks
