Shit I wish I mean ngl my legs are a little big but I still have to work on everything. I've been told I don't look my weight and I didn't believe it until I went to the dr and she weighed me and said step up there again bc you look like you weigh 170 or 180 I was like oh thanks ha

I'm a girl 😓 i mean also i was 180 my junior year then got put on birth control and also got diagnosed with PCOS and was 220 my senior year 🤡 but it's ok I've lost some of it and built more muscle but it's a lot harder to loose the weight with PCOS but trust I'm fr trying!

This is gonna sound awkward, the like if you have big boobs or a big ass that’s not really calculated. So you could be unhealthy and super skinny but have big boobs and you would be considered overweight. A lot of girls struggle getting into the military cause of that lol

Also muscle is extremely dense so you may actually weigh more than you would otherwise if you build enough muscle.

Yea don't piss me off. I'm not even obese at the looks of it just I feel like it bc of my mf weight. I go to the gym 6 days out the week, on a colorie deficit and a mf diet. I also have PCOS and I've been able to loose the weight I've gained from that and birth control. Stfu bc I'm actually trying unlike other people
