“NC is so bitchmade about snow” brother our largest city has a single-digit number of snowplows. Most of them have zero. And why would we have a whole bunch when heavy snow is like a once-a-decade thing?

No because everyone knows the Midwest can handle snow, they get a lot of it every year and are prepared for it, when the South gets a once-a-decade snowstorm we geek tf out because we ain’t used to that shit. I guess maybe the same goes for the PNW, where it mostly rains in winter and also doesn’t snow much.
