they’re not supposed to make you “horribly unwell,” but unfortunately for a lot of people they do. ask your doctor if hormonal birth control pills could help if you’re not on them already.

I'm trying to wrap my head around this. That's so fucking awful, y'all women are super strong for not just ending it. I would personally not be able to survive as a woman. I couldn't deal with EXTRA intense depression and physical illness and shit on top of my clinical depression and shit for half of every month 💀
