
I found a technique very useful for when the mind is cluttered. Do a 5-10 min brain dump where you just write everything that comes into your mind, not analyze. Just everything that pops up. Then organize it. Like worries, facts, doubts, not enough evidence (or other types of categories too) Then really just focus on what matter and let what you can control aside :3
Not sure if that’d help at all :/ but yee overthink suck. Also, if you have iOS, and app called oak. Gives you simple mechanical breathing meditation for 5 mins. In for 4, hold for 5, exhale for 7, something like that. This breathing stimulates the vagus nerve which will put you from fight or flight to rest and digest mode
