It’s legal to conceal and carry in Minnesota. In the videos— yes, there are multiple— it clearly shows his gun was never out. The object in his hand was his iPhone while his other hand was raised. He was protecting the woman who was shoved to the ground. Agents then pepper sprayed him, and then several agents tackled him. One found and removed his holstered weapon, and then a moment later he was shots at least eight times.

Whether he was crossing state lines has nothing to do with whether he could reasonably fear for his life in that instance. As to that part there are plenty of videos showing he was being chased and then attacked. This was settled in court years ago. I’m liberal but I call them like I see them and in this case you’re letting your bias cloud your judgement.

Yes it has nothing to do with it as it is a separate issue. Second he shot the one guy as he was hit wish a skateboard. A skateboard can be a deadly weapon. The other guy had a gun and was pointing it at rittenhouse when he was shot (he testified about this in court btw) the only guy that was unarmed was trying to grab Kyle’s rifle as kyle was running away. Literally all justified. Like I said two things can be true at once.

I already said today’s shooting was not justified. And yes someone could beat you to death with a skateboard…. deadly weapon.

Have some nuance. If I come over and hit you with a skateboard and you have a gun you legally have the right to shoot me. What are you gonna do let me keep hitting you? It is just how it is. That is what happened. Go watch the video.
