I know it’s hard to see so many men saying fucked up shit like that but that’s a small percentage. I’d say most of us are appalled by that. Being anonymous also lets you troll and say extremely fucked up things

I see posts like these all the time with thousands of likes and numerous comments from men endorsing it and shaming rape victims

It doesn’t seem that small when those posts get hundreds of thousands of likes/comments agreeing with it, a lot of the people talking about women like that are doing it with their full face and name on their profile.. I know there are good men out there who actually publicly speak out against it, but they’re incredibly hard for me to find even online

It does feel like that, but remember that Twitter and likes are mostly bots. I know it feels like we’re going backwards, and to be honest we are. But I’m hoping things will be better. If you give up it means they’ve won.
