How much u workout and starving urself will never be as effective as just not eating like shit. Nutrition > exercise always. Strength is made in the gym, and abs are made in the kitchen

I literally just do one Pilates class a week and before it used to be I’d have a arms, core, and leg day with a 1,200 calories deficit I somehow managed to gain weight with that but now I just dropped 20 pounds out of nowhere

Yea when you burn too much calories ur body can literally go into starvation mode where it halts metabolism and tries to keep as much weight/fat on u as possible. That makes sense that this is working more effectively for you. Keep it up bestie

That’s a complete myth lol. If you consistently under eat, it makes no sense to retain fat, because the whole point of it being there is to use it as energy when needed. -Coming from someone who’s lost 26 pounds in 2 months solely by being in a deficit

When you eat more organic foods, your body has an easier time breaking them down than sugar or processed foods. So that can help increase metabolism, get rid of fat/glycogen stored in your muscles, and reduce water weight. That’s why you’ll notice you’re a lot more defined. (The ginger shots definitely help.) But regardless of whether you eat asparagus all day, or 3 donuts, if you eat less calories than you burn, you’ll lose weight and vice versa. Except, with donuts, you won’t look as defined.
