Meeting as many people as possible, joining clubs, going to events (albeit alone), being in public as often as possible, dressing better, being more confident in myself etc

Go to the gym and lift, always helps with feeling good abt urself, and decent place to meet homies and occasionally a girl. And if u have even a few guy homies hit the bars with them. Easiest place to meet girls on a college campus
