Point being you can be ugly with a nose job or ugly without one and at least in one case you don't look fake and you didn't spend thousands of dollars

It's simple cost benefit analysis. To me, the cost of potentially looking worse or at least not better with a nose job is not worth benefit of potentially looking better with one
