your 30s and 40s. any older person that takes care of themself will tell you this. that doesn’t apply to people who let themselves go and don’t care about their health or appearance though

It’s subjective to each person, it could he 20s, could be 40s, depends on the person, what they do, how they live, maybe you’re always in your prime
