Remove her from your social media, block her number, and allow yourself the space to truly process the loss. Confronting your emotions may feel uncomfortable, but healing through honesty is far less costly than prolonging the pain through distraction.

You just gotta get over it. Some people move on faster than others and they are your ex now so it really isn’t your business what they’re doing

Mine was 4 in the 2 weeks after we broke up. Atleast they showed you who they truly were. Clearly intimacy means more to you than them, wear the with a badge of honor and work on detaching. I believe in you!

Your first mistake was having feelings at all. Best advice ; mind your own business.

Regardless of how long you were together, it’s easy to become attached to the familiarity of someone’s presence — the routines, the conversations, the comfort of hearing what you wanted to believe. What becomes difficult after a breakup is reconciling those words with the actions that follow, especially when their behavior no longer reflects the love or promises they once expressed.

But in time, the emotional weight lessens. You will heal, you will regain clarity, and you will realize this chapter did not define your worth. This too shall pass.

This whole “stop having feelings” bs that people keep pushing is why so many people no longer have empathy or sympathy today. Cut this shit out man
