It’s not transactional to expect reciprocation in a relationship(doesn’t have to be giving money or sex it can be many other things) love where one person is expected to give without expecting anything in return is not cool. It’s simply not fair to call someone weird for expecting some kind of reciprocation in a relationship where they are giving or providing something(the thing being given and reciprocated can be anything not just money and sex)
