i think people should be themselves. its important to work on yourself! but its stupid to tell someone to change their whole personality to impress the opposite sex ❤️ this goes for men AND women

Idk, I think a lot of women are (sorta) well socialized because of these common tropes. If boys were taught to care more about how they show up in the world I think the world would be better cuz men would be better. A lot of dudes are left to their own devices and thus end up under developed, whereas girls are given these strict regimens on how to be. Double edged sword imo
