One thing I found is that YouTube has edging timer videos! So it tells you how fast or slow to go and you sort of challenge yourself to see how long you last each time! Dont know if it’ll help but wanted to share

The timer! There is even a little bar on the side with words like fast medium or slow! The ones I have play at different frequencies so I don’t even have to look at the screen/video I can just listen to the sounds on the video and know how fast or slow to go
