I lied to my ex about something I shouldn’t have and she was the most beautiful woman I have ever known and the intelligence of her was insane. She loved me and I broke that trust over stupid shit and although it helped me grow as a person, the worst mistake I ever made. (Wasn’t cheating just a snowball lie)

Probably not coming out earlier. I spent several years hating myself and convincing myself I didn’t deserve to live authentically, and then when I finally came out everyone was nothing but supportive. I lost years to unfounded fear.

Thanks for sharing, that must’ve been a huge relief. I’ve had a friend lie to most people he knew online for 7 years and recently he told everyone and they were chill about it! And it seems you’re much more confident talking about it now.
