Like people treat it like such a non-serious thing when it really is the most serious and dangerous thing a woman’s body can go through. Just because it’s natural doesn’t mean it’s not dangerous and scary.

i’m convinced the only reason it makes people as mad as it does is bc they see women as only being on this earth to have children. bc in what other situation is it selfish or wrong for someone to say they DONT want to risk their life/permanent disability??

agreed, i’m infertile too so when i tell people “im not having kids” they’re always like “WHAT??? NO YOU NEED TO” like twin you don’t even know my situation

this or they’re miserable as a parent and want to spread that misery/want you to feel that way too. i feel like that’s common too but not talked about because people lose themselves in parenthood and resent it and take it out on others and believe that everyone has to experience it and suffer like them
