it isnt just a difference of political opinion anymore, its about morals. if you have no problem with people being shot, violently assaulted, and children being literally torn out of their mothers arms and even encourage it i can’t in good conscience have a relationship with you. their crime was trying to find a better life

I went through the exact same thing and I miss him so much. But at the end of the day I remind myself that he couldn’t respect me enough to be open minded. It’s been a year since I broke up with the boy that was the love of my life but I know it was the right choice. You can only try to be the best version of yourself and focus on healing. 3 things 1. If the system were better many of these people would have done it the legal way. I mean I’m pretty it’s $700 just to take the citizens ship test once, most people coming here to get away from a bad situation don’t have that kind of money, especially not usd. And once they get jobs they get paid so little they never really have enough to go pay for the whole process.

Thousands of people who are LEGAL are getting deported, people who served in our military for upwards of 8-10 years to get their citizenship are getting deported, people with work visas, which are completely legal, are getting deported. People who are under the impression they’re allowed to be here are being thrown in prisons in countries they’re not even from.
