So Silver Surfer is documented traversing half a million light-years in a momentary, near-instantaneous moment feat where time basically didn’t even exist. When ever he went 500 light years in seconds and as he travels faster than light he is still able to map BILLIONS of stars with ease. Most IF NOT ALL of his best feats are him taking speed from other speedsters, people, or even objects which he can’t steal speed from SS a cosmic entity but The flash does steal Kinetic energy and momentum
