getting hired a lot because of this. So then they're fired or they leave very quickly or something, which creates another super quick opening, which creates another vacuum, which leads to 100000 applications 1 single person has to sort through in a day, call ppl to interview, interview those people, then select a candidate. Within like 3 days. So yeah ts is a mess 😭 It's easier than ever to lie about experience tho!
