beestboy

You being my gf absolutely does mean I own you. With great power comes great responsibility but you know what you signed up for when you became MY girl.
I completely understand and agree. Also no you don’t get to look through my phone, I don’t look through yours

This has got to be rage bait, “I own you,” is the most chud thing I’ve ever heard

I think it’s mostly your framing that throws me off. If your girlfriends were genuinely into that dynamic and liked you taking the lead, cool, but “they understood the assignment” doesn’t mean you owned them. They were still their own people choosing to participate in that dynamic, just like you were your own person too. Commitment or consensually giving someone authority doesn’t make either person the other’s property. 1/2

Why is there a vs? We are committed to each other and I own her ? I bet if I was a sub male and was like “um actually Mommy owns me 🤭🤓” you and the rest of yall would all be in support. Sorry dude I just know what it is around here. The women I like and want to date want to be owned and that’s all there is to it 🤷🏻 whatever references or conclusions you’re drawing in your mind about what I mean by that exactly got nothing to do with me lol

I feel like those re both weird. Language matters the difference between “commitment” and “ownership” is the difference between trust and control. If you can’t understand that, you’re setting yourself up for a relationship that is based on “what can I get from this person,” rather than, “what can I build with this person.” This kind of thinking is exactly why the divorce rate in this country is so high

Nothing makes me “feel” like I own her, I just do. In terms of specifics, it’s telling her what to do when I want her to do it and she’s just down. If I say hey wear this or something like this, she does it. If I say reject dudes that try to talk to You at the club whether I’m there or not, she’s on that.

There’s a difference between “we chose this dynamic together” and “you became my girlfriend, therefore I’m entitled to this and I own you.” 2/2
