Honestly it doesn’t matter what they said, it’s the fact they said anything at all. It’s a workplace. My body has nothing to do with our profession.

so then report it to hr? any inappropriate workplace behavior place behavior is still inappropriate work place behavior. you don’t get special stars for being skinny or not. they clearly made you uncomfortable, report it to ethics.

Never said I wasn’t reporting it. I’m saying if I fat shamed her it would’ve been an immediate complaint whereas this manager has fat shamed myself along with two other employees so clearly it hasn’t been taken seriously yet. But hey maybe there’s strength in numbers so hopefully a third report does something.
