is there a legitimate reason why some people are against unions? what reason does a working class, low to average income have to be against organizations that advocate FOR THEM? 😭

Unionized workers tend to be be highly inflexible to changing demands of the work environment. We see this occurring and need to pivot quickly. Too bad. Not in the contract. Come back next year.

The question was why are some against unions. That’s why. I don’t want someone working for me who is rigid and inflexible.
