his friends birthday was in May and he posted on social media wishing him a happy birthday. I forgave him months ago (my birthday was in February) but him posting his friend has made me bitter and I’ve been lashing out on him lately which I know is wrong because I chose to forgive him.

Girl tbh he doesn’t seem to gaf about you…birthdays are not hard to write down and remember ESPECIALLY a ROMANTIC PARTNER, one of the closest people in your life. My bf also forgot my bday this year back in December. A bunch of my friends who said they’d hang out with me that day cancelled morning of. He’s pretty bad with remembering birthdays, so I didn’t want to blame him too much. He eventually remembered at like 5 pm and ran to my house in the rain to apologize. Spent like an hour and a half holding me while I cried. I know he cried after he left, too.
